PUBLISHED BOOKS

With a long background in property investing and also being a landlord, I have written down many of my ideas and thoughts on how to effectively run a property portfolio. These were deemed to be sufficiently good to be published through one of the UK's premier publishers on the subject of property investing, namely TaxCafe. My first published book is titled: How to Beat the Credit Crunch and focusses on the many areas that landlords should target to overcome the difficulties being brought on by the credit crunch.

I have also written a follow up book titled: How to Make Money from Property During the Credit Crunch which is availabe as a 2 part book along with my first book and this focusses on the 4 main ways in which i am still making money from property in the credit crunch.
